This place is mind-blowing! The cottage was equipped with everything we needed, including free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV for entertainment. The bed was so comfortable, we had peaceful nights and woke up refreshed. The property was super clean and spacious, perfect for a couple. The hosts were lovely and the location was jaw-dropping. It's a short drive away from the main roads that take you all over the area, making it easy to explore. The fresh sourdough bread and local beer in the fridge were a delightful surprise. Plus, they had board games for some fun! We also appreciated the free parking and the outdoor dining area. The VIP check-in/out made us feel special. They even allowed pets, which was a major bonus for us. this place is a 10/10 and we'll definitely be back for another stay!

The decoration at the hotel was simply delightful, with its charming vintage furniture and beautiful floral patterns. It reminded me of a cozy country cottage, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. The general areas were well-maintained and provided plenty of comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing with a good book or enjoying a cup of tea with the other guests. As a senior woman, I also appreciated the hotel's accessibility, with wide hallways and handrails in the bathrooms, ensuring a safe and convenient stay for older guests.
A small improvement I would suggest for a better vacation for senior people would be to provide more lighting in the bedroom. As a mature traveler, I found the mornings to be quite bright, which made it challenging to sleep in.

The place was cute and clean. It had a nice vibe and was in a great location. We were able to explore easily since it was close to the main roads. The hosts were friendly and helpful. Plus, they left us some tasty local treats to enjoy. it was a decent stay.
But man, the mornings were rough. The bedroom was so bright that I wished I had brought an eye mask.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decor, with beautiful artwork and comfortable furniture. The common areas were spacious and well-maintained, making it easy for senior people like myself to move around and relax. It was also conveniently located, with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities. the hotel provided a delightful atmosphere for a senior-friendly stay.
I would have appreciated a little more assistance from the children working there. From my experience, having an extra hand to help with any concerns or questions would have made my vacation even better as a senior.

This hidden gem exceeded our expectations with its stunning location and thoughtfully designed cottage. The peaceful atmosphere and comfortable bed ensured a restful night's sleep. The hosts were welcoming and the property was spotlessly clean. The fresh sourdough bread and local beer were a lovely touch. We appreciated the spaciousness of the cottage and its proximity to Dartmoor's main roads, making it easy to explore the area.
The only downside was the lack of blackout curtains in the bedroom, which made it difficult to sleep in past sunrise.

The decor of the hotel was absolutely charming, with beautiful antique furniture and lovely artwork adorning the walls. The general areas were cozy and inviting, perfect for a senior woman like myself to relax and enjoy. The hotel was also very accessible for us seniors, with wide hallways and ramps for easy mobility. It was truly a delightful and comfortable stay.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people would be a handrail in the bathroom. Sometimes, a little extra support can go a long way in ensuring our safety and peace of mind.
